Have you seen our Christmas lights lately?
We are lit and ready for festivities. Thanks to our Ernabella hospitality students for catering at last week’s Xmas party!

Events at APY Trade Training Centre
Last week we celebrated our 6th annual graduation ceremony and said a very emotional goodbye to Mark Connelly. Mark was the Principal Manager of the APY Trade Training Centre from 2012-2021.
We would like thank our sponsors RASAC, NPY Women’s Council, IAG and Mai Wiru for their ongoing support towards APY TTC’s graduation ceremony.
Congratulations to all graduates! Photos to come very soon.
The 2021 Anangu Schools Cook Off has been cancelled due to Covid19 restrictions. The planning committee recognises the value of the Cook Off and would be happy to support an alternative format that requires individual schools to present a 3 course meal to their site. Please advise Nigel Plaskett if your school would like to enter this arrangement.
The term 3 Anangu Partnership Leaders Meeting will take place at the APY Trade Training Centre in week 3. The seminar room will be used for this conference.
The APY Trade Training Centre will host the 2021 Term 2 Anangu Partnership Leaders Meeting, set to take place on the 13th and 14th of May. Students from Pipalyatjara will assist in catering for this event.
The Anangu Schools Cook Off will be held on 27th October 2021 at the Trade Training Centre.
Teams will consist of three students who will be supported by one Anangu Education Worker and teacher. Each team will prepare a 3 course meal that serves 15 people, and must meet the following requirements:
First prize will be judged by 3 renowned guests, and the second prize will be awarded according to popular choice. Prizes will involve travel to a destination in South Australia. More information to come soon.
